Rustic and pretty, Babies breath and dahlia wedding at Zonzo

When I do a wedding at zonzo, usually babies breath is involved.

And why not?! It goes so well with the beautiful rustic venue! 

This was the babies breath bouquet for the bride. Everyone else had babies breath too - bridesmaids, groom, groomsmen... 

Reception was decorated with dahlias in milk bottles and some hanging jars with babies breath.

Beautiful & classy; white, pastel and green wedding flowers at Yering Station

I got to work on this very classy and beautiful wedding at Yering Station.

No bouquets or buttonholes - just the venue flowers. I seem to get this kind of order quite a lot now. It's so enjoyable though - me and my assistant have fun making these ceremony and reception flowers! 

It was a very warm 38 degree day in early February - Yes, one of those really crazy weekends we've had. After checking the positioning of the arrangements, they came inside just until 30 minutes before the ceremony (so did the guests!). I'm so proud of these flowers to have survived that heat!

We used seasonal flowers including delphinium, roses, tuberose, hydrangea, phalaenopsis, etc.. 

 This time we made the cones - roll up a piece of paper, attach a ribbon and attach a rose on the ribbon! It was very sweet. :)

 For reception, we did many many many jars of flowers so the tables looked full with flowers.

It's so beautiful to be able to use lots of flowers on the tables - they do really brighten & lighten up the space.

Yering Station never fails to disappoint. It is a stunning venue with lovely and professional staff.

Valentine's day flower delivery in Yarra Ranges and Maroondah areas

Hi! Just letting you know that we will be delivering lovely flowers on Valentine's day to Yarra Ranges and Maroondah areas.
This includes anywhere from Ringwood, Croydon, Mooroolbark, Lilydale, Coldstream, Chirnside, Healesville, Yarra Glen, Yering, Gruyere, etc. etc.

It'll be our first Valentine's day since we opened last year so we really don't know what to expect - which means we may be short of flowers or the other day around. What I'm getting at is, it's best if you order your flowers to avoid disappointment! :)

We have bouquets for $60, $80, $100 and if you order by 12th I can throw in free delivery for any orders over $80! 

We also have red roses too (of course!)

Bright and gorgeous wedding at The Lyrebird Falls, Dandenong Ranges

I had the pleasure of working on this gorgeous wedding flowers for a beautiful couple D&E, who gave me the freedom to choose the flowers and colours from what's best at the flower market. 

It's amazing to work with a couple who understand that often freedom for flower artist = best flowers and flower combination. This is also why it's important to choose a florist who do a style of designs that you love.

With all the gorgeous seasonal flowers around, I couldn't resist using David Austins and tuberose for a start, and then the dahlias, queen anne's lace, lavender, paper daisies, etc. etc....

For the cake, we did a trailing design. Can you see the cats hiding among the flowers? It's such a cute idea - D&E's cats always hide inside the house and they wanted them to be involved in the wedding too. Sweet!
