After working from home, then having a meeting space in Melbourne CBD, it's about time I had a large working space I can make flowers in!

Flowers and Ninja

WHAT a glorious day today was! (except the wind)

I can smell spring in the air! Beautiful! 

For some reason I don't have many spring weddings booked this year. I have some exciting changes coming up for Sugar Bee Flowers so maybe it is my destiny to concentrate on those things... maybe? I don't know.. I think I'll buy flowers anyway to play with them. hehe I really can't do without touching flowers. 

"I must have flowers, always, and always" - this is my absolutely favorite quote!

Oh yeah, this is my flower loving gorgeous pup, Ninja. :) He chews on the flowers I drop on the floor. Especially the ones with branchy stems.

Winter bouquet and Log arrangements

As the quiet time hits Sugar Bee Flowers, I just can't do it without touching some flowers so I went to the market today to get some gorgeous winter blooms! Sweet peas are one of my favourite flowers.

My woodworker hubby have made my wish come true and made some log vases for me! 

It'll be so perfect for rustic romantic weddings, country weddings.. maybe also industrial venue weddings too. :)

Wooden box arrangement

I sometimes run flower workshops for a group of friends and today was one of them!
We made a wild wooden box arrangement and we had so much fun.
It's amazing how the end product is very different although we have the same selection of flowers and greenery. It's wonderful :)

The flowers we used were: sea holly, astilbe, jasmine, orchids, lisianthus, blushing bride, sweet William, stock and camellia.
